About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead HSE initiatives across operational renewable energy sites in a regional portfolio. This role supports site teams, drives continuous improvement, and ensures consistency in safety performance and compliance across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support site teams to uphold H&S standards and legislation
  • Drive risk management, incident response, audits, and emergency planning
  • Develop and roll out safety initiatives, procedures, and training
  • Collaborate with corporate HSE and site leaders to ensure alignment
  • Mentor and manage HSE Coordinators
  • Contribute to safety culture uplift and long-term strategic planning
Experience & Qualifications
  • 10+ years in HSE roles, preferably in industrial or high-risk sectors
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and regulator engagement
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Valid driver’s licence; GWO certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Flexibility to travel to regional operational sites
