We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-paced and growing fit-out contractor delivering national bank rollouts and commercial interior projects. With over 60 live projects across NSW and QLD, they have a strong presence in the financial services sector and a reputation for streamlined delivery and quality execution.
Based in Kogarah, this office-based team is known for its close-knit culture, strong systems (Procore), and hands-on leadership. They are now looking to bring on an additional Contract Administrator / Project Coordinator to support continued growth.

Your new role

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Support project delivery by assisting with end-to-end contract administration
  • Prepare scopes of work, purchase orders, and assist with trade letting
  • Process progress claims, variations, and payment schedules
  • Assist the PM in health and safety tracking and project documentation
  • Maintain Procore project records and ensure compliance across all sites
  • Coordinate multisite project timelines and assist with stakeholder liaison
  • Track and report on full project financials to support forecasting and cost control
Skills & experience:
  • 1–4 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator
  • Experience in fit-out or commercial interiors (bank, retail, hospitality ideal)
  • Procore experience is highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of contract documentation and project lifecycles
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and communication skills
What we offer:
  • Join a busy, well-organised builder with 60+ live national projects
  • Work closely with an experienced team in a fast-paced environment
  • Long-term career path with exposure to multisite delivery and national clients
  • Salary packages from $85K to $110K + Super (depending on experience)
  • Stable, full-time role with strong systems, processes, and structure
