You'll be the go-to for all things people-related, someone who can own the recruitment process, bring fresh ideas, and provide sound HR support as the company continues to grow.
 
What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with hiring managers to scope roles and build talent pipelines
• Leading end-to-end recruitment across both office and site-based teams
• Supporting on-boarding, engagement, and retention strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters (policies, performance, culture)
• Driving initiatives that support people, performance, and growth
• Creating and embedding best-practice HR systems and processes

Who I'm Looking For

• Someone with strong recruitment experience, ideally within construction or similar fast-paced industries
• A confident communicator who's happy rolling up their sleeves and getting things done
• Someone with broad HR knowledge, from on boarding to employee relations
• A natural relationship-builder who genuinely cares about people and culture
• Comfortable in a standalone or semi-standalone role, with support when needed
