The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering projects valued between $5M–$40M across government, education, and commercial sectors. Working alongside a supportive PM and leadership team, you'll manage all on-site delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site activities, subcontractors, and trades
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all project phases
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resourcing in coordination with the PM
- Maintain accurate site reporting, inspections, and ITPs
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Proven experience delivering commercial, education or government projects in the $5M–$40M range
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Trade qualified (Carpentry preferred) or relevant tertiary qualifications
- Hands-on, solutions-focused approach to site management
- Strong understanding of BCA, ITPs, WHS and industry regulations
- Established builder with a stable pipeline and excellent client base
