As Bid Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the growth of the business by supporting the end-to-end bid process—from the initial enquiry through to submission. Reporting to the Proposals Manager, and working closely with the new business team, estimators, and project leads, you'll coordinate and prepare high-quality, tailored submissions that align with the company’s brand and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full submission lifecycle for tenders, EOIs, and prequalification's, ensuring compliance, quality, and deadlines.
- Draft, review, and proof tailored bid content that clearly communicates the value proposition of the business.
- Coordinate input from internal and external stakeholders including estimators, PMs, and subconsultants.
- Analyse client documentation to ensure precise and relevant responses.
- Maintain and update bid templates, registers, and a central knowledge base.
- Contribute to website and marketing content updates.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications are on-brand and aligned with the company's vision and values.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in bid/tender coordination, preferably in construction, architecture, or professional services.
- Strong copywriting skills and experience producing tailored, high-quality submissions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Qualifications in communications, marketing, business, or construction-related fields are highly regarded.
