Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer requirements and market trends to deliver competitive and strategic service offerings.
- Prepare project-specific pricing and quotations in line with commercial objectives.
- Negotiate long-term service agreements and manage contract renewals.
- Lead pre-sales strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders including sales, commercial, legal and management teams.
- Manage the full tender process and ensure compliance with internal risk and approval procedures.
- Coordinate contract amendments and renegotiations to accommodate scope or operational changes.
- Proven track record in a sales role, ideally within the renewable energy, engineering or industrial services sector.
- Previous wind experience preferred!
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to grasp complex technical solutions and translate them into customer-focused value propositions.
- Self-driven, resilient and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Business, or similar).
- Attractive salary of $180,000 base + super + bonus
