Project values range from $10M to $100M, covering new builds, major refurbishments, mixed-use developments, and high-spec fit-outs.

These companies offer supportive site and office teams, structured systems, and long-term opportunities for career progression in stable environments.

Your new role
You’ll be joining a site or project team as a Contract Administrator, working closely with a Senior CA and Project Manager to drive contract and financial management from start to finish.
Projects vary depending on the builder — roles are available on multi-storey apartment builds, high-end homes, commercial towers, fit-outs, and service-heavy refurbishments.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, and letting
  • Negotiate and finalise contracts and supplier agreements
  • Track project costs and assist with monthly financial reporting
  • Administer variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
  • Maintain RFI registers and support project documentation workflows
  • Liaise with consultants, engineers, and key stakeholders
  • Contribute to overall program delivery with a focus on cost, compliance, and timeframes
Skills & experience:
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator
  • Proven background working on residential or commercial projects valued at $10M+
  • Knowledge of contracts administration, cost tracking, and subcontractor management
  • Familiarity with Cheops, Aconex, or similar project systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
What we offer:
  • Opportunities with some of Sydney’s leading residential and commercial builders
  • A variety of project types to suit your experience and career goals
  • Supportive, well-structured teams with a focus on mentorship and growth
  • Strong pipelines of upcoming work and repeat client relationships
  • Competitive salary packages, negotiable based on experience
