Our client is a global real estate services company known for providing exceptional facilities management, property management, and advisory services.
We are seeking a scheduler to join our client's dynamic team in Melbourne. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with the potential for permanent employment after a successful 4-month probation period. You will report to the State Service Manager as part of the Facilities Service team. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Administration:
- Understanding of the client's needs relating to the agreed contract.
- Ensure compliance with requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
- Develop and maintain schedules using scheduling software (Simpro)
- Coordinate with managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate scheduling conflicts and risks.
- Monitor work progress and update schedules as needed to ensure timely completion in line with the clients KPIs.
- Serve as a liaison between the client to facilitate communication and ensure alignment with contract requirements.
- Attend meetings and site visits related to contract administration and scheduling.
- Provide regular updates on job/task status and project schedules.
