- High-end residential design & construct builder that has been operating for over 20 years.
- They specialise in architectural new build, knock down rebuild, renovation and extension projects valued between $500k and $5m.
- The Project Manager will be managing between 5-6 projects at any one time through all construction stages.
- Office based (Marrickville) with travel to site as required.
- Salary between $120,000 and $150,000 plus super.
- Project programming.
- Construction project management.
- Client, design team, consultant, subcontractor and other stakeholder liaison.
- Procurement.
- Financial management.
- Quality control.
- Scope of Works.
- Project administration.
- Relevant building qualifications (Project Management, Construction Management or carpentry trade background).
- Experience of managing residential renovations, extensions and new builds from start to finish.
- Good knowledge of Australian building codes and standards.
- Experience is use of construction project management software.
