THE ROLE
- Hands on Strata Assistant role supporting a smaller team with various duties
- Answer email queries and levy inquiries
- Drafting agendas for AGMs and preparing for meetings
- Issuing Work Orders
- Issuing Quotation Requests
- Responding to general correspondence
- Fixed hour role, working 9-5pm
- Previous experience in the strata industry
- Certificate of Registration in Strata Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
