We are currently recruiting experienced Directional Drill Operators and Locators for ongoing work with a respected and well-established civil contractor in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a company known for delivering high-quality infrastructure and utility projects.

Our client specialises in trenchless technology and horizontal directional drilling (HDD), with a strong pipeline of projects across the greater Brisbane region.

About the Roles:

Operating HDD rigs and support equipment in accordance with project specs and safety requirements
Accurately locating underground services and drilling paths
Working closely with site supervisors and crews to ensure job efficiency and safety
Completing daily checks, maintenance, and reporting

What You’ll Need:

Demonstrated experience in directional drilling and/or locating
Valid Excavator and HR Truck licences (preferred but not essential)
Nationally recognised tickets for HDD operations
White Card (Construction Induction)
Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
Ability to interpret plans and use locating equipment
Competitive hourly rates + penalties
