About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Support development and delivery teams by drafting, negotiating, maintaining, and administering land option and lease agreements for renewable energy projects.
- Assist with valuations, site visits, registrations, and ensure agreements are valid and up to date, working closely with legal counsel and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate rental and royalty payment schedules to support financial modelling; coordinate with finance to ensure timely and correct payments to landholders.
- Manage contract filing systems and land-related documentation across SharePoint and internal platforms; contribute to improvements in land management and stakeholder systems.
- Support biodiversity offset agreements and adhere to environmental, health, and safety policies, including required training and compliance initiatives.
- Tertiary degree or diploma in law, commerce, finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in land or property management within the energy, infrastructure, or commercial real estate sectors.
- Hands-on experience drafting, negotiating, and administering land option and lease agreements.
- Solid understanding of Australian land and property laws and regulations.
- Can be based in Melbourne or Sydney
