About the Role:
ACRWORLD is seeking an experienced Land Contracts Administrator to support renewable energy projects by managing landholder and stakeholder agreements, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled, payments are made accurately and on time, and records are maintained for compliance and audit purposes.
Responsibilities:
  • Support development and delivery teams by drafting, negotiating, maintaining, and administering land option and lease agreements for renewable energy projects.
  • Assist with valuations, site visits, registrations, and ensure agreements are valid and up to date, working closely with legal counsel and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate rental and royalty payment schedules to support financial modelling; coordinate with finance to ensure timely and correct payments to landholders.
  • Manage contract filing systems and land-related documentation across SharePoint and internal platforms; contribute to improvements in land management and stakeholder systems.
  • Support biodiversity offset agreements and adhere to environmental, health, and safety policies, including required training and compliance initiatives.
Skills & Experience
  • Tertiary degree or diploma in law, commerce, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in land or property management within the energy, infrastructure, or commercial real estate sectors.
  • Hands-on experience drafting, negotiating, and administering land option and lease agreements. 
  • Solid understanding of Australian land and property laws and regulations.
