About The Role

• Foreman to deliver renovation and extensions projects valued up to $3m.
• Project locations are typically in the Inner West and Easter Suburbs (Glebe, Marrickville, Kensington, Bondi etc).
• Monday to Friday working week.
• Salary level between $110,000 and $130,000 plus super.

Duties

• Site management of trades.
• Quality assurance.
• Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Scheduling trades.
• Ordering materials.
• Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
• Site progress reports.
• Site inductions and toolbox talks.
• WH&S. 

Skills & Experience 

• Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
• Experience of managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions etc.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relations.
• Good attention to detail.
