An established National HVAC Service & Construction business are looking for a HVAC Project Manager with experience working on Installation projects for a client base within the commercial HVAC space. The right candidate will be someone who has delivered such projects as well as delivering good customer service as the business prides themselves on generating repeat business with loyal clients.
The successful candidate will be organised with good time management skills, leadership qualities, and a good solid background within the Mechanical HVAC construction sector.

To be successful for the role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
·         Previous experience as a Project Manager with either Tier 1 or 2 HVAC businesses
·         Trade Qualified and/or Tertiary Qualified;
·         Self-starter with a pro-active, problem solving approach;
·         Site management & coordination;
·         Excellent communicate skills both written and verbal is required;
·         Excellent computer skills;
·         Strong direct labour and sub contract management experience;
·         Able to manage onsite WH&S requirements;
·         Highly motivated and commitment to project delivery;
·         The ability to motivate direct reports is a must.
