THE ROLE
- Supporting strata managers
- Preparing and issuing meeting notices
- Taking minutes and handling post-meeting documentation
- Assisting with invoice processing, budgets, and financial reports
- Liaising with clients, committees, and stakeholders to resolve issues professionally
- Providing general administrative and assistant support as needed
- Experience in strata, property, or building management, or a strong customer service background
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Professionally presented with a strong phone manner
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Holds a Certificate of Registration in Strata Management (or willing to obtain)
