The Role: Reporting to the executive team, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and analysis of all digital marketing initiatives. This is a diverse, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working both strategically and operationally.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Creating and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
  • Managing campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social media, and email marketing
  • B2B
  • Overseeing website management and performance optimisation (UX, SEO, content)
  • Developing content that promotes projects, culture, and thought leadership
  • Analysing campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads, Meta tools, and more
  • Managing digital marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across operations, design, and leadership
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a proactive, creative, and analytical marketer with proven digital experience and a genuine interest in the built environment. They’ll be comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a highly collaborative team.

Key experience includes:
  • 3–5 years in a digital marketing role 
  • Proven skills in SEO, Google Ads, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), email marketing, B2B and content development
  • Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and marketing automation systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter attitude with strong attention to detail
