The successful candidate will support two dynamic, highly respected Directors, playing a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring their time is managed effectively. The business has a strong team culture—professional, down-to-earth, and just the right amount of quirky.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-level diary and inbox management for two Directors
- Coordinating domestic travel & frequent flyer points, appointments, and internal meetings
- Preparing documents, presentations, and reports as required
- Acting as a liaison between the Directors and key stakeholders
- Supporting the wider office with administration and coordination tasks
- Assisting with internal events, team engagement, and general operations.
Key experience and attributes include:
- Minimum 3 years in an Executive Assistant or senior administration role
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern systems (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.)
- A friendly, adaptable attitude with a great sense of humour
