Client-Side Project Manager – Commercial Property Portfolio
Join a leading Tier 2 Head Contractor with a strong track record delivering complex construction, fitout, refurbishments and services upgrades across some of Sydney’s most iconic commercial assets. Delivering projects $100M +. 

The Role
You’ll be managing projects on behalf of a high-profile client across a key CBD asset – think base-build upgrades, services and infrastructure works, and commercial refurbishments.

This is a hands-on role working closely with engineers, consultants, asset managers, and facilities teams to ensure smooth project delivery with minimal disruption to live environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project planning, coordination and execution from concept to completion
  • Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timeline and budgets
  • Manage consultants, contractors and internal teams to drive program delivery
  • Ensure all works meet compliance and safety standards
  • Provide regular updates and reporting across the property portfolio
Skills & Experience:
  • Background in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience managing consultants, services upgrades and infrastructure works
  • Programming experience ideally MS Projects / Procore 
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycles and commercial asset operations
  • A proactive approach and calm, solutions-focused mindset
  • Previous experience in a client-side or contractor-side Project Management role
  • Exposure to commercial office buildings, refurbishments or base-build upgrades
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience. Coordinating internal and external builders.
