Georgina began her career in operations within the events industry, where she quickly discovered a passion for people, process improvement, and the human element behind high performing teams. This interest led her to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, with a strong focus on organisational dynamics, naturally progressing into a career in recruitment.

 

Since relocating to Australia in 2019, Georgina has brought with her a strong background in sales, client retention, and operational delivery from the UK, giving her a well rounded commercial perspective and a deep understanding of how support functions directly impact business performance.

 

Now specialising in Business Support, Finance, and HR recruitment, Georgina partners with clients across construction, engineering, transport, renewables, and professional services to secure the people who keep organisations running smoothly behind the scenes. She recruits across roles including Executive Assistants, Office Managers, HR professionals, and end to end accounts and payroll teams.

 

Known for her relationship first approach, Georgina takes the time to understand each client’s culture, structure, and growth plans, ensuring every placement is aligned not only on skills, but on long term fit. She stays closely connected to market trends and candidate networks to consistently deliver quality outcomes for both clients and job seekers.
