- Job sites are typically in the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore e.g. Manly, Fairlight, Mosman).
About The Role
- Foreman / Site Manager for a $4m luxury duplex build in Freshwater.
- Looking for somebody to run the project from excavation through to completion.
- Duplex will include basement, dincel walls and transferred slab.
- Salary $130,000 and $150,000 plus super.
Duties
- Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
- Scheduling trades.
- Ordering materials.
- Site management of trades and staff.
- Quality assurance.
- Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
- Site progress reports.
- Site inductions, toolbox talks and site WH&S.
Skills & Experience
- Trade qualified carpentry background – Certificate III Carpentry
- At least 2 years’ experience at Site Foreman level.
- Demonstrated experience of delivering high-end luxury home builds from start to finish.
