With a growing pipeline and continued expansion, they are now seeking multiple Finishes Foremen to join their site teams.
Position Overview
With several major high-end residential apartment projects underway across Sydney’s North Shore/North Sydney region, there is an immediate requirement for experienced Finishes Foremen to oversee all finishing trades from services/rough-in through to final completion and handover.
Working closely with the Site Manager and General Foreman, you will help drive program, ensure quality outcomes, and maintain smooth coordination across all finishing stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive all internal finishes through to handover
- Coordinate and supervise finishing subcontractors daily
- Maintain site diaries, progress reporting and documentation
- Enforce and uphold OH&S standards on site
- Manage QA, defect rectification and finishing sequences
- Work closely with senior site and project management teams
- Trade qualification (carpentry preferred)
- Experience with reputable builders
- Strong understanding of high-end finishes and build sequencing
- Proven confidence managing subcontractors and daily site operations
- Comfortable with reporting systems and construction documentation
- Solid knowledge of services, fit-out, and full project lifecycle
- Work on high-end, residential projects
