About the Role
The Office Manager will be the central point of coordination within the Balmain office, ensuring smooth operations and providing essential administrative support to the directors and project teams. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and create a welcoming, well-organised environment
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders and project managers
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements

- Handle phone and email enquiries with professionalism
- Assist with onboarding and maintaining HR and employee records
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients
- Support procurement, invoicing, and document control functions
- Contribute to team culture by assisting with events, socials, and office initiatives
- Experience in an Office Manager or administrative role (construction industry exposure highly regarded)
- Strong communication and exceptional organisational skills
