About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and commercially astute Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across New South Wales. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong technical understanding of electronics and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within key industries, including, but not limited to defence and aerospace.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Partner with engineering and supply chain teams to deliver tailored component and assembly solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, and tier suppliers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and handover.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
About You
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the electronics, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously across NSW.
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region.
