Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead high-value projects in the Northern Territory? A well-established contractor with a strong presence in commercial, industrial, and defence projects is seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage projects valued between $2M and $10M.

The Role:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, government agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements, including defence sector standards.
• Coordinate resources, monitor project progress, and proactively address risks and issues.
• Provide reporting and updates to senior management on project performance and outcomes.

About You:

• Proven experience managing medium-to-large projects - Defence or Government work is a bonus
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Currently living in or willing to relocate permanently to Darwin
• Excellent organisational skills and experience managing crews of 20-30 people
• Trade qualified plumber, additional qualifications in Project Mangaement highly regarded
