unique opportunity has become available for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to join a fast-growing and creatively driven construction company based in Pyrmont. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership.

The successful candidate will support a dynamic, highly respected Managing Director, playing a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring their time is managed effectively. The business has a strong team culture, professional, down-to-earth, and just the right amount of quirky!

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-level diary and inbox management Managaing Director
  • Coordinating domestic travel & frequent flyer points, appointments, and internal meetings
  • Preparing documents, presentations, and reports as required
  • Acting as a liaison between the Directors and key stakeholders
  • HR Duties with support across Employment Hero
  • Supporting the wider office with administration and coordination tasks
  • Assisting with internal events, team engagement, and general operations. 
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and enjoys taking initiative. They should have strong interpersonal skills, a high level of discretion, and a calm, can-do approach when managing competing priorities.

Key experience and attributes include:

  • Minimum 5 years in an Executive Assistant or office management, senior administration role
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern systems (JobPac, Employment Hero MS Office, etc.)
  • A friendly, adaptable attitude with a great sense of humour
