An established and respected property developer with decades of successful project delivery is looking to bring architectural expertise in-house. We’re seeking an experienced Architect to join the team and take the lead on high-density residential developments from early concept through to construction.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate design and documentation across multi-residential projects
• Work closely with internal development and construction teams
• Produce high-quality detailing and construction documentation
• Oversee project coordination through all phases, ensuring smooth delivery
• Communicate clearly and effectively with consultants, authorities, and contractors

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 years’ post-graduate experience as an Architect
• Proven experience on multi-residential projects – essential
• Australian project experience with strong knowledge of local codes and standards
• Proficiency in both Revit and ArchiCAD
• Interiors experience a bonus 
• Strong documentation and detailing capabilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• A stable employment history demonstrating commitment and reliability
