About the Company:

As part of their ongoing expansion, they’re looking to enhance their onsite HR function with a seasoned HR professional. This role is a FIFO position, operating on an 8-days-on, 6-days-off roster, flying from Perth.

The Role:

• FIFO role | 8:6 roster | Back-to-back position
• Provide HR support to site teams, ensuring effective implementation of HR processes and procedures
• Broad HR Generalist role with a focus on ER/IR support
• Company currently sits at 300 staff, with strong growth projected over the next 12–24 months

About You:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (Certificate, Diploma or Degree)
• Proven experience in a HR Generalist role
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a FIFO environment
• Strong background in ER/IR, case management, conflict resolution, and performance management (3+ years)
• Passionate about people, problem-solving, and creating a positive workplace culture
