Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marine and coastal hydrogeological investigations and technical delivery
- Model saltwater intrusion, submarine groundwater discharge, and other complex interactions
- Prepare and review high-quality technical reports, impact assessments, and client briefings
- Act as a key contact for clients and regulators
- Guide and support junior hydrogeologists and contribute to internal capability development
- Contribute to proposals and project planning processes
- Tertiary qualifications in hydrogeology, marine science, environmental engineering, or related field (postgraduate highly regarded)
- Extensive experience in coastal groundwater systems and marine hydrogeology
- Proficiency in groundwater modelling (e.g. MODFLOW, FEFLOW)
- Demonstrated leadership within project or team environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
