We are currently seeking an experienced Cartage Coordinator to join our Banksmeadow-based team. This is a hands-on role within international freight forwarding, ideal for someone with a proven background in coordinating FCL, LCL and Airfreight cartage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customs releases across FCL, LCL & Airfreight cargo
- Prepare accurate and timely cartage documentation
- Liaise directly with clients and transport service providers
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Perform general administrative tasks and meet operational deadlines
- Support management with additional duties as required
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in a cartage role within freight forwarding is essential
- CargoWise / EDI Enterprise experience is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- A proactive mindset and solid work ethic
- The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
