The Company
Our client is a privately owned construction group with decades of experience in the industrial sector. With a strong project pipeline and repeat business from major developers and industrial operators, they have built a reputation for delivering some of the most significant industrial builds in the region. The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, from pre-construction through to handover. This includes overseeing budgets, schedules, site performance, and stakeholder communication across multiple high-value builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of large industrial construction projects from concept to completion
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal site teams to meet project milestones
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, reporting regularly to senior leadership
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role within the construction industry
- Strong background in industrial/commercial builds is essential
- Proven ability to lead construction teams and manage subcontractors effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
