Are you a hands-on leader with a strong background in pipelaying and civil infrastructure works?

I have partnered with a well-established civil contractor delivering a range of infrastructure and remediation projects across NSW. They're currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

About the Role:
You’ll be leading crews on a variety of civil projects, with a particular focus on pipelaying and associated earthworks. This role is perfect for someone who has progressed from the tools and is still happy to jump on the machine or assist on the ground when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience supervising civil construction works
• Cert III Civil Construction
• Background in trenching, utilities, or similar civil scopes
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to operate plant/machinery when required
