THE ROLE
- Answer email queries and levy inquiries
- Returning telephone messages
- Saving scanned or electronic documents
- Drafting agendas for AGMs and preparing for meetings
- Issuing Work Orders
- Issuing Quotation Requests
- Responding to general correspondence
- Ideally you have previous experience in Strata Management or in a strata support role
- Certificate of Registration in Strata
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- High attention to detail
