• Mainly build in the North Shore and Northern Beaches - Palm Beach, Whale Beach, Newport, Mosman, Northbridge etc.

About The Role

• Foreman / Site Manager required to deliver a high-end $3m new build project in Collaroy.
• Will manage the build from excavation stage through to completion.
• Salary between $120,000 to $140,000 plus super.

Duties

• Site management of trades.
• Quality assurance.
• Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Scheduling trades.
• Ordering materials.
• Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
• Site progress reports.
• Site inductions and toolbox talks.
• WH&S. 

Skills & Experience 

• Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
• Experience of managing high-end luxury residential builds.
• Experience of excavation, off form concrete and suspended slabs.
