About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Tender and Pre-Contracts Manager to oversee the preparation and submission of technical and commercial offers for renewable energy projects. This is a crucial role within the global tendering team, requiring close collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure competitive, high-quality proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver technical and economic offers for Transport, Cranes, and Installation (TCI) aligned with client specifications.
  • Analyze wind impacts, civil works requirements, and optimal erection strategies for each project.
  • Collaborate with construction, health & safety, and quality teams to align staffing and project execution plans.
  • Review supplier offers, validate project schedules, and conduct road surveys to support tender preparation.
  • Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and provide technical support to the sales department.
  • Ensure all tender documentation complies with company quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in energy industry tendering or contract management.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess critical project risks.
  • Proficiency in tendering processes, crane strategies, and wind turbine assembly methods.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to hold contract negotiations and close commercial deals in alignment with project strategy. 
  • Technical proficiency with software such as AutoCAD, Power BI and MS Office.
