About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Office All Rounder to join an exciting and fast-growing startup property company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to take ownership of office operations, contribute to the company's growth, and help create a positive and efficient work environment.

About the Company:
This dynamic startup specialising in commercial and industrial sales with a growing rent roll need you to come into the business and create more efficiency! 

As they scale, they are looking for a driven individual to help build a strong operational foundation and support their team in reaching new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, productive, and organised work environment.
  • Manage general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling office supplies, and maintaining filing systems, running personal errands for the 2 x Directors. 
  • Be systems savvy uploading data and managing projects 
  • Cost accounting & reporting  
  • Liaising with Solicitors and understand settlements and how to read and create contracts 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries.
  • Manage office budgets, vendor relationships (e.g., supplies, maintenance), and assist with resource allocation.
  • Provide executive support, including calendar management and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
  • Assist in on boarding new employees and creating an inclusive, welcoming office atmosphere.
  • Develop and implement office policies, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Help plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and other initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Experience with VAULT is highly desirable 
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • A proactive problem solver with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in a startup environment or property industry is a plus but not essential.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
