A growing medium sized Fire Protection business are seeking to hire an experienced Service Manager to run their growing service division. The client have had a growth period over the last 18 months and have increased their service contract portfolio substantially.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in a similar management role within Fire Protection
- Be used to managing teams of up to 20 staff and have the capability to grow the team upwards of that number.
- Have strong leadership and management skills.
- Have proven experience in fire protection systems, testing, and maintenance.
- Have a strong understanding of AFSS processes and compliance requirements.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Be able to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Have strong analytical skills with attention to detail for workflow and quoting accuracy.
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have a proficiency in relevant software and systems for scheduling and reporting.
