As an HSE Administrator, you will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of safety and environmental practices across the site. You’ll work alongside the HSE team to ensure compliance with industry regulations, contribute to risk assessments, and assist in the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HSE documentation, records.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Support the investigation of incidents and accidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken and documented.
- Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to ensure safety protocols are adhered to.
- Assist with the coordination of HSE training, inductions, and emergency drills.
- Prepare HSE compliance reports and monitor safety metrics on-site.
- Stay current with relevant HSE legislation, ensuring the site meets all regulatory requirements.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in an HSE administrative role, ideally within the renewable energy, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with HSE regulations and best practices in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative software.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel across the site as required.
- Experience working in the renewable energy industry or Construction projects.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Familiarity with HSE software and reporting systems.
