Job Overview:
As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations to ensure the efficient and reliable functioning of facilities. This role involves managing a small team of skilled technicians, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and addressing issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
 
Maintenance Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and equipment.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and address electrical issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
 
Equipment Upkeep:
  • Oversee the inspection, repair, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
 
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures.
 
Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Implement and promote safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar role.
