You'll collaborate closely with global HR to align HR processes, create structure and implement innovative People & Culture initiatives - shaping the face of an expanding APAC team. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR partner to align workforce planning, recruitment, and employee relations with global strategy and business goals
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and training initiatives
- Oversee employee relations activities, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with regional employment laws
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Assist in managing the transformation process and ensure achievement of targets with continuous process improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with local legislation and global practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist or Advisor, with proven ability to operate in a standalone role
- Proven experience working in engineering services, construction, manufacturing, energy, utilities or related industries, managing mixed permanent and contractor teams
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire trust and build relationships
