The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of invoices to our suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices for payment in a timely and efficient manner
- Respond to and resolve invoice-related inquiries from suppliers and internal departments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and account balances
- Participate in the improvement and development of invoicing procedures and systems
- Using portals to submit invoices
- At least 2 years of experience in an invoicing or accounts payable role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum + super.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 16:30
