ACRWORLD are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual on behalf of our client, who are a successful Property Maintenance business! 
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of invoices to our suppliers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process invoices for payment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Respond to and resolve invoice-related inquiries from suppliers and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and account balances
  • Participate in the improvement and development of invoicing procedures and systems
  • Using portals to submit invoices
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an invoicing or accounts payable role
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • MYOB! 
Location: Homebush
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum + super.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 16:30
