Key Responsibilities:
- Design and select primary and secondary electrical plant, including HV switchgear, transformers, and protection devices.
- Perform protection, load flow, and fault studies using power systems analysis software.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, such as Scopes of Work, equipment specifications, and setting sheets.
- Review and optimize electrical designs, including single-line diagrams and grid compliance studies.
- Provide technical support during sales, installation, and commissioning phases.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally focused on power systems
- 2 to 5 years of experience in electrical engineering design, with preference for previous experience in wind farms or renewable energy projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and DigSilent PowerFactory, along with MS Office Suite
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Australian Driver’s License and full Australian working rights derived from a citizenship, Permanent Residency or substantive work visa
