The Company  

• Residential home builder specialising in high-end new build, renovation and extension projects between $1m and $5m in value.
• Focus on the Lower North Shore area, with typical build locations including Mosman, Northbridge, Castlecrag and Willoughby.

About The Role

• Leading Hand Carpenter who can progress to Foreman / Site Manager level quickly.
• On builds from demolition / excavation through to completion.
• Work closely with the Construction Manager and company Director.
• Starting salary of $115,000 + super + overtime.

Duties

• Site management of trades.
• Quality assurance.
• Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Scheduling trades.
• Ordering materials.
• Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
• Site progress reports.
• Site inductions and toolbox talks.
• WH&S. 

Skills & Experience 

• Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
• Experience of working on high-end residential projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions.  
• Ambitious individual who is keen to develop a career as a Site Foreman / Site Manager.
• Good IT skills.
