Our client is a specialist contractor in Seaford. This company specialises in a range of services across the construction arena and are highly regarded in their field.
Due to a high workload and a succession plan to take control of the accounts, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer (senior level) to join the organisation on a permanent part time basis for 4 days a week.
The right candidate will have strong support of management to provide the required resources to successfully ,make sure all projects are being delivered and accounts are being settled, on time, and to the highest standard.
The Role..
As an Accounts Officer, reporting to the Owner, you will take ownership of the following:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Generation of invoices
- BAS
- Reconciliations
- Data entry
- MYOB
- General office administration
- Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in a Accounts Role
- Experience with MYOB accounting software
- Experience in construction and or building industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills will be essential as you’ll be managing multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
- "Go Getter" with strong sense of urgency!
- Strong experience using Excel
- Professionalism and strong communication with our clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
