• Office based in Sydney's Lower North Shore.

About The Project Manager job role  

• Project planning and programming.
• Financial management. 
• Stakeholder management.
• Tendering.
• Procurement.
• Project administration.
• Use of Procore and MS Project.
• Salary from $150,000 to $200,000 plus super.

Skills & Experience for Project Manager vacancy  

• Building qualifications (Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture etc).
• Demonstrated experience of working on high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Good client facing and relationship building skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction process from start to finish, including all regulations.
• Ability to lead projects and to manage teams both internally and externally.
• Good level of IT literacy.
