• Work with architects delivering new build, knock down rebuild, renovation and extension projects.
• Build values range from $2m to $5m.
• Site locations are in the Inner West, Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs (Drummoyne, Leichardt, Glebe, Bellevue Hill, Bondi, Mosman, Northbridge etc.)

About The Role

• Foreman / Site Manager required to deliver a $4m new build project in Drummoyne.
• Will be expected to run the project from start through to completion.
• Salary between $120,000 and $160,000 plus super.

Duties

• Site management of trades.
• Quality assurance.
• Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Scheduling trades.
• Ordering materials.
• Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
• Site progress reports.
• Site inductions, toolbox talks and WH&S. 

Skills & Experience 

• Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
• Experience of managing high-end architectural residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relations.
