I’m currently working with a leading privately owned construction company in Victoria, which is looking to hire a Commissioning Coordinator for their Completions and Commissioning team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure commissioning activities align with overall project goals.
- Assist the Commissioning Lead on-site to implement commissioning processes, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Develop and review commissioning plans, procedures, and validation documents for each specific project.
- Support commissioning meetings, preparing and presenting regular reports on project status and progress.
- Provide technical input on drawings, manuals, and technical submissions to ensure design compliance.
- Oversee quality assurance and the execution of testing scripts for MEP systems, ensuring equipment startup meets design specifications.
- Track and document any changes to project scope, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
- Offer ongoing technical and operational support throughout the project lifecycle, with a focus on maintaining high service standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
- You have tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent experience in a trade.
- Previous experience working on large-scale building projects within services engineering, consulting, or coordination roles.
- A strong understanding of Data Centre infrastructure, including electrical, control systems, and facilities management, is highly desirable.
- You are a natural problem-solver, with a sound understanding of construction and services trades.
- You have experience in coordinating subcontractors and managing relationships with consulting engineers.
- You understand the importance of quality and safety standards in construction projects.
- You are a strong communicator with solid skills in planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
- Total package between $120,000 - $140,000
