Our client is a leader in the shotcrete and anchoring industry on Australia's east coast, committed to providing high-quality services for infrastructure projects large and small. As the business is expanding their operations, we are seeking motivated individuals to join their dynamic team. We are currently seeking skilled Anchoring Drill Rig Operators to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain drilling rigs for installing anchoring systems.
  • Prepare drilling sites and ensure safety compliance at all times.
  • Monitor drilling parameters and adjust techniques based on geological conditions.
  • Record and analyse drilling data and communicate progress to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet operational goals.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Comfort with standing for long periods and working at heights.
Qualifications / Key Skills:
  • Technical training in drilling rig operations (preferred).
  • Previous experience as a driller or in a anchoring work or related fields.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose / troubleshoot maintenance issues as they arise.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license and relevant safety & construction certifications.
  • White Card, EWP, Working at Heights, Dogman Ticket all highly desired.
