Project Manager
You will report to the Construction Manager and be required to successfully deliver and program projects to the high standards and budgets required whilst maintaining and building further relationships with clients and key stake holders.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Bachelor Degree of Building, or Construction Management or relevant industry qualifications
- 10+ years post graduate experience working on construction projects
- Proven project delivery experience on projects north of $10mil
- A technical working knowledge of all major building trades
- A technical working knowledge of structural and civil engineering design principles
- A technical working knowledge of the building design process
- A strong understanding of contract law
- Solid work history with reputable firms
- Financial acumen to ensure projects run within budgetary constraints
- Computer literate, including Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Project, Excel, Outlook
- Total package paying up to $200k
- On going repeat and negotiated business
