ABOUT ROLE: - 3x Building Manager roles available across Sydney - Multiple locations available!
Key Responsibilities: - Look after Residential lots and BMC - Handling tenancy inquiries and ensure any issues are followed up in a timely manner - Regular building inspections & identify defects and deficiencies in the delivery of services - Coordinate external contractors for maintenance works - Management of common facilities, ensuring safe and clean conditions - Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally
ABOUT YOU: - 3+ years building management experience - Experience with BMC - Proven ability to build solid relationships and rapport with tenants and other stakeholders - Understand the importance of delivering the best customer service
