ACR World are currently recruiting for a Bid Project Manager.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney, working for a growing Construction and Engineering company.
Working on complex projects across Australia, we are looking to bring in an experienced Project or Senior Project Manager to help bring in new business to support company growth. Targeting major Civil Engineering projects, you will be responsible for helping to put together strategic plans on areas to work in.
The responsibilities of the role may include:
- Overseeing the end-to-end bid process, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals. They are responsible for formulating effective strategies for the bidding process, managing resources and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- A degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience in Australia working on a range of Infrastructure projects
- Assistance to the management in ensuring the role of attracting repeated business and new customers
- A minimum of 5 years full-time project management experience in Civil Engineering Construction
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
